You have not met the criteria required to proceed further with the process at this time. To be referred for Barostim you must have been:

Diagnosed with heart failure.
Must be taking heart failure medications as prescribed by a doctor.
Must feel excessively fatigued and / or breathless when performing daily activities due to heart failure.
An Ejection Fraction (EF)of 35% or less, or be implanted with a defibrillator.
Cannot be implanted with an LVAD.
